Beijing Daxing Airport, also known as Beijing Daxing International Airport, is a major international airport located in Beijing, China. Officially opened in September 2019, it was built to accommodate the increasing air traffic demands of the Beijing region and to serve as a key hub for international travel. Designed by the famous architect Zaha Hadid, the airport features a unique starfish-shaped terminal structure aimed at improving passenger flow and reducing travel time within the airport.
